What brakes are you putting under thos cups mate?
I have the same wheels, and my 256 upgrade ain't going going to fit the wheels, so I'm on the look out for some different ones.
Gutted!

Yeah well the plan was to run the 9a head then as i have access to any kr parts i need was goin to gas flow a kr head.

You dont need to replace the head at all just the cams, you should be able to pick up a set of KR cams for very small money and they are an absolute must in this conversion.  AFAIK they are worth at least 10bhp.  You'll need a new cam chain and I was advised to buy new tappets when I switched mine as the wear pattern from the 9a lobes would be different to the KR ones going in but dont know how vital this is.  You'll need a torque wrench for re-fitting the cam caps and you MUST follow the removal and refitting order as per the Haynes or Bentley manual.  Lining them up is simple as there's 2 small dots inside the cam chain sprockets that line up with the top of the head which is all clearly illustrated in the manual.  Obviously worth sticking on a new timing belt and tensioner if your doing this to.
Just my two bits...
