1.4 cams?

Hi, got a 1995 1.4 8v, SPI engine, idea's on cams? Used to have a Polo and i know the GT/G40 cams can fit on various engines, anyone know any info on this?

Save your time, effort and money. The 1.4 is always going to be a snail.
