changing collsaant hoses and bleeding sytem oin my 1993 vr6

Upon the return home from work my vr6 has now diced to leak like a sive  firstly imchangeing the coolant hose on sunday to some ven air ones any tips ?? also i plan to bleed the whole sytem at the same time is there any info on here about bleediong the rad sytem on a mk3 or vr6 many thanks
