How much did you have to cut off the bumper/crash bar? Yours looks like a lot less than mine
i didnt cut the crash bar at all,killing the strenth of a crash beam is a very bad idea
and i carnt see an insurance company paying out in a accident if they notice,the bumper needed a tiny bit on the vertical parts at each end of the intercooler cutting and about 10 mm on the vertical part of the bumper at each side too so not much.
I did take my time to get the cutting right,trying the bumper around 20 times so not to butcher the heck out of it. I think it went quite well to say it cost me £104 all in off flea bay
