was wondering why the Alexa app works fine in the garage on wifi but will not work outside it just says cannot connect to the internet , I'm sure its set up on the mobile correctly are the any help pages available online thanks

Have you got the car connected to your phone hotspot? Or a vw data plan?

If not it won't work....
