Vag Com - AGU not connecting - what setting??

I tried to Vag Com the car and it wouldnt respond - the ECU is 06A 906 018 R

Does anyone know what setting I should be using?

Did you test all 4 ports via the vagcom settings?

I would check that you have the port set up correctly and the right driver installed on the pc.

Didnt test all 4 as the software said interface not found on the other ports in the settings menu.. shall I just try and set it and see what happens?

Which version of VAGCOM or VCDS are you using?
What cable are you using? What port does windows assign the serial port enumerator?
