spax rsx front springs

i have a pair of spax rsx front shocks to fit my mk2 16v. i bought them off ebay and they came with no springs. was wondering if anyone out there runs this kit and could tell me the length these springs are (unloaded)? also if possible the spring rate :shocked:!?

uh oh I bought some of them rsx 485 found it an awful ride and a ballache but think dampers are fooked and now discontinued by Spax. :( :(
Yours  might be ok mind.
I have the springs and spanner and platforms after taking mne of. If your interested PM me cost about £60 from spax for springs and a tenner for the spanner
