MK7.5 Spotify search Android Auto

Is it possible to "search" for music through Spotify through Android auto with WLAN activated too.
I can play my downloaded content but not sure if I can actually search through Spotify for new music.

I used google assistant.

I just say 'Hey Google' and play me some music by The Cure,  And it will go look it up on spotify and start playing.
