Title: gearbox problem

i just put a new gearbox in my mk3 golf gti  all went well until i took it off the ramps know i cant get it into gear when the car is running the arm on the box is as high as it can go I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS ONE CAN ANYONE HELP?

Try the general Mk3 or Garage!

have you changed the clutch cable?

Sounds like the clutch has had it.
